We offer a 30-day return policy for NecklaceStay. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange—no hard feelings.

To start a return, just email us at info@polarbling.com with your order details and we’ll walk you through it.

If, for any reason, you receive a defective product (highly unlikely, but hey—we’re human), send us a quick photo and we’ll ship a replacement right out to you.
