What if I can’t reach my back?
No worries at all! For our early adopters, we’ve been including a telescoping magnet grabber tool to make placing the stylish outer magnet behind your back super simple. The feedback on this tool has been overwhelmingly positive, and we plan to continue including it with every purchase. If you can’t reach behind your back to remove the outer magnet, just take off your shirt slowly, and it will detach and fall to the floor (or you can do it over your bed) without damaging your necklace or NecklaceStay. Or, if you have someone who can help, just ask for a hand! 👍👍
What happens if I put a coat on or sit down somewhere? Does it fall off and get lost?
